Menlo Park, CALIF. – September 2, 2015Dali Wireless, Inc., a global provider of the advanced end-to-end digital RF Router® that transcends distributed antenna systems (DAS), today announced that the company will be showcasing its wireless coverage and capacity solution, and public safety coverage and access solution, in booth 4361 at CTIA Super Mobility’s Tower and Small Cell Summit at the Sands Expo & Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, on September 9 to 11.

RAN Virtualization is one of the top five technology disruptors (Source: ABI Research <Top Technology Disruptors>). “Dali is an early innovator and leading vendor of virtualized, digital RF routing and distribution solutions for in-building wireless systems,” said Nick Marshall, research director at ABI Research. “The hallmark of Dali’s virtual RAN is the many-to-many relationship between baseband, radio and antenna.” Marshall concludes: “Dali’s RF Router offers an economical alternative which surpasses conventional DAS in performance, functionality, power and total cost of ownership.”

Dali Wireless will be sharing more insights on this topic on a panel titled “Network Virtualization Strategies for HetNet RAN, Small Cells and Cloud RAN” taking place from 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 10 in the San Polo 3401A at the Sands Expo Center. During this panel, Lance Craft, VP of Sales, Americas, will be discussing the key phases as mobile operators transition towards a virtualized RAN and how Dali Wireless can enable RAN Virtualization by pooling 2G, 3G, 4G, and even 5G base station resources, and dynamically allocate to any connected antenna points.

In addition to this panel, Geoff O’Neill, Sales Director at Dali Wireless, will be presenting a session titled “Real World Convergence” taking place from 3:00 p.m. – 3:20 p.m. on Wednesday, September 9th in the Expo Hall Solutions Theater, Booth 4636, at CTIA’s Tower and Small Cell Summit. He will discuss how the RF Router enables the convergence of all the best elements of DAS, small cells and Wi-Fi, and its associated architecture and benefits.

“Satisfying the rapid growth in mobile data traffic while sustaining customers’ expectations and experience is a major challenge for wireless operators, especially inside enterprise venues around the world,” said Lance Craft. “As the recipient of the “Best of Tower and Small Cell Summit” and the CTIA Emerging Technology (E-Tech) Award in 2014, we are excited to showcase our newly launched Dali Matrix™, a modular platform which allows mobile operators to effortlessly update and expand their network in a plug-and-play approach. With this flexible approach, Matrix enables mobile operators to easily migrate to a RAN virtualization architecture as required.”
